Tire conveyor use
It can be used to raise or lower tires. The cleats ensure that tires are properly seated use. The conveyor needs only two employees to handle tires and is ideal for the storage of tires on a higher floor, or on a mezzanine. They can be used for heavy truck tires or tires with rims as long as the conveyor capacity of 500lbs is respected. As solution tailored to that end, you will avoid dangerous handling of tires by your employees and their productivity will increase. With the right equipment, such as a tire cart (MTC) or a foldable rack (MLTFD) and dolly (MLTFD-D), you will be equipped to optimize your operations.

Most employers do provide their employees with safety cages for inflating heavy truck tires. The problem is that most workers never, or almost never, use them.Over the past few months, I’ve been in many tire shops and most were equipped with safety inflation cages, but they were usually covered in dust or piled up with boxes or tools, pretty much like a storage shelf or a coat hanger!
