Tire conveyor installation

Tire conveyor use
It can be used to raise or lower tires. The cleats ensure that tires are properly seated use. The conveyor needs only two employees to handle tires and is ideal for the storage of tires on a higher floor, or on a mezzanine. They can be used for heavy truck tires or tires with rims as long as the conveyor capacity of 500lbs is respected. As solution tailored to that end, you will avoid dangerous handling of tires by your employees and their productivity will increase. With the right equipment, such as a tire cart (MTC) or a foldable rack (MLTFD) and dolly (MLTFD-D), you will be equipped to optimize your operations.

The tire conveyor TC-24 has a 12 month warranty on parts and labour.

Ready to use, all that is necessary to do is secure it in place with the anchor plate and plug into a 220V outlet.

4" high cleats help to keep the tires in place on the conveyor while in use as a connector floor to floor.The gard proctects from potential accidents.
Control Panel
Control buttons easy to use and locate. This control has start / stop / reverse and emergency stop functions that will be quickly found by the employees in the workplace.
