The deluxe tire display is 72” long and holds up to 16 tires – 8 on each of 2 tiers. This model is used a great deal by Goodyear. In fact, Martins Industries sells this display either with a blank nameplate or with the Goodyear logo (MTD-72G).  With 4 wheels, it can be moved without the display truck. However, the hand truck may be used since it acts as a lever, facilitating handling in snow, on gravel surfaces and on inclines.

Promotional display

This display allows you to show the tires you sell. It rolls easily outside the shop to show passers-by and customers alike that you do sell tires. Often the most faithful customers are unaware that a shop or dealership actually sells tires. A display in the right place can stimulate demand. You can print or display your logo on the black sign plate on top of the rack to improve the exposure of your brand or product. Martins Industries offers nameplate printing services for orders of 20 units or more.

Working tool

The tire display can also be used as a working tool, for changing tires, temporary storage or moving several tires at a time. This display unit is bigger than most of the 60” displays on the market, but it can still be moved with ease.

Construction

The cart rolls on 2 swivel wheels and 2 fixed wheels. The two 4” swivel wheels, which used to be inserted in the steel tubes, are now bolted wheels to a steel plate welded to the base. The two 8” wheels rotate on a steel shaft. A steel sign plate is mounted on an angle bracket and provides both a message holder and reinforcement for the rack. This tire display with a black powder-coated finish consists of 6 main parts. Assembly time is approximately 25 minutes.

Handling

Hole to handle the tire display with a handle
A bracket with a hole is mounted at the end near the swivel wheels. The bracket can be used for handling with the small display dolly when necessary.
