Equipped with a dynamic flush pipe, the MWW-650 is specially adapted for cleaning aluminum rims. The compact machine can be placed anywhere in a shop, having a closed water system. The display is easy to understand and makes the wheel washer easy to use. Choose between 4 different washing programmes: two for steel rims and two for aluminum rims. The programs are available in 30, 60, 90 and 120 second counters.

Wheel washer utility
This machine cleans dirty wheels, tires and rims. The wheel washer will remove brake dust, dirt, mud and even grease. It comes standard with a water heater, and the MBIO-291 detergent can also be used for superior cleaning results.
Wheel washer use
The cleaning system uses water and plastic granules to perform the cleaning process. The granules are sprayed with high pressure on the wheels while being rotated to ensure an optimal wash in and out. Different granule textures complete the wash process, with some to remove dirt while others serve as a sponge. All that’s needed is the plastic pellets and some water. Some foamless detergent is also available for use.
There is no need to have a water plug in to use the machine as it recycles water and the waste disposal is really easy and ecological, recuperating the granules and throwing out the sludge as it sediments at the bottom of the container. The water needs to be changed every 300 washed wheels and a bag of granules needs to be added over 10 000 wash cycles.

Cleaning the wheel washer
Water and dirt particles are separated by sedimentation. The water is let out, and the remaining sediments are removed manually or with a sludge sucker. If necessary, a water cleaning system can be used. By using a coagulation powder and a built-in mixing motor, water and residuals are separated. The filtered clean water can be let out into he drain, and the bottom sediments are removed manually or with a sludge sucker.
Wheel washer construction
Made of stainless steel, and powder coated paint, this machine is built to last. Parts and accessories are available for replacement if needed. It comes with a water basin and plugs in your 208-240Volts, 3Ph. 30Amps. power outlet. Compressed air (150 PSI) is needed to make the machine work.
