Is specialized in manufacturing of industrial storage and handling systems. Our systems are used throughout North America.

Whether your project involves creating a custom storage system for 10 or 100,000 units, or creating a layout plan, we work in partnership with you to find the ideal solution for your company.

Our research & development and engineering teams are constantly on the lookout for the latest technologies and are open to your comments. We are constantly working on improving our products' quality and efficiency.

We only use top quality materials, leading edge equipment, and our factory is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau as complying with the CSA W47.1 standard. Our teams also use their know-how to carry out all the manufacturing stages of our products. You can therefore be assured that you obtain rigorous quality control and short manufacturing lead times.

Certification

Martins Industries is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB CSA W47.1). Our steel, filler metal, gas and equipment all comply with strict CWB standards. Regular inspections are carried out by this world-class organization.

Design

Martins Industries design and develop custom racks, carts and containers using 3D and 2D software such as SolidEdge V.20 and Autocad. Martins Industries engineers can produce designs and 3D drawings to meet your requirements.

Robot Welding

Martins Industries uses Motoman welding robots. These robots are used for large-scale production of racks, cages and display units. These 7-axis robots work on two automated rotary tables equipped with high-quality Miller Auto-Axcess 300 welding machines. This equipment manufactures products of superior quality.

Powder Coating

Both Martins Industries plants are equipped with powder coating lines in order to ensure a much more durable finish. Manufactured products are cleaned with a special preparation before coating. Standard colours are grey, blue, red, orange, green, yellow and black, but we can reproduce any other colour as well.

Environnement

In addition to our constant attention to the cost and quality of our products, we consider environmental protection an integral part of our production processes and business practices. This policy can be seen in a number of ways, such as purchasing recycled and recyclable raw materials, and marketing long-lasting products that can be recycled.

Lean

Just as in our own manufacturing facilities, we view our products as an ongoing contribution to lean manufacturing. Racks, containers, carts and cart trains often enable users to reduce transportation, handling, inventory and space requirements. We provide free consulting on their integrated use and we also work with engineering consultants who specialize in Lean Manufacturing.
