Design and Prototype Custom Racks, Containers and Carts

The first step to design your racks, containers or carts is to know the dimensions and weight of the parts to be transported, in order to ensure that the rack, container or cart is easily able to transport your parts. A sales representative can be available for an appointment to make sure of the dimensions and the weight of your parts.


Afterwards, a complete data analysis of the logistics involved is conducted. This way it is possible to find a rack that will protect your parts against potential damages. Followed by an analysis of the usage environment meaning that we will analyse its environment: which type of vehicle the rack will be used (is it a forklift?, a delivery truck? Or a Tugger?), who will be using the rack, container or cart, etc.


The account managers and the engineers meet to brainstorm and develop a solution using 3D software. Our engineers will determine the types of steel necessary to manufacture the racks, containers or carts and  then we meet with you to present the solution and discuss about the changes to be made on the rack, cart or container if necessary. 


One or a few prototypes are created to be tested and simulated in the entire process of the company. After the simulation it is possible to modify and improve the prototypes if the results are not satisfying.
