Martins Industries has the capacity to manufacture all your carts, racks and containers!

Martins Industries designs and manufactures carts, containers and racks since 1987. Our manufactures located in Montreal (Canada) and in Taipei (Taiwan) allow us to have quality products at a competitive price.

We only use first quality materials, advanced equipments and our manufacture is certified by the Canadian Welding Bureau for the CSA W47.1 Standard. Regular inspections are carried out by this world-class organization. In addition, our teams use their knowledge to carry out all the manufacturing stages of our products. You can therefore be assured that you obtain rigorous quality control and short manufacturing lead times

The 50 000 square ft Montreal (Canada) manufacturing plant  is equipped with 3 prototyping cells in order to design and manufacture your rack, containers or carts prototypes. The plant is also equipped with 9 production cells and a high steel inventory; the steel is cut in our plant which allows us to reduce production time because everything is available to us. For bigger projects Martins Industries uses Motoman welding robots. These 7-axis robots work on two automated rotary tables equipped with high-quality Miller Auto-Axcess 300 welding machines. The robot manufactures products of superior quality.

In addition, Martins Industries’ engineers allow us to design and manufacture racks, containers and carts that meet your requirements. Our engineers work with 3D and 2D software such as SolidEdge V.20 and Autocad.

Finally, Martins Industries is equipped with powder coating system in our 2 manufacturing plants. This paint is much more resistant for your racks, containers and carts which protect them even longer. A wide variety of colors is offered; the standard colors are grey, blue, red, orange, green, yellow and black; but it is possible to recreate any other color. So if you have a big project or only a few units; for shipping racks, transport racks, part racks, and containers of every kind or carts of any sort Martins Industries will be able to find a solution to meet your requirements.

For the best quality of finishing for our products, we use a powder coated paint system, baked at 400F. Our system is fast, offers high quality and uses no solvent.

For mass scale production, we use our welding robot. A high performance robot; extremely precise and fast.
