Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice. Product may be purchased on open account with approved credit, bank wire transfers, C.O.D., Visa, Master Card or American Express. Possession of pricing does not constitute the right to purchase from Martins Industries. We reserve the right to refer orders to Martins Industries Distributors.
Freight:
Freight is not included in price. Martins Industries has multiple warehouses and will arrange freight at the best price. Special freight request or pick-up are also available. Extra charge may apply.
Shipping Errors / Claims:
Any shipping errors or claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Damaged Shipments:
Shipments should be inspected before signing freight bill. If the shipment is damaged, note any damage on the freight bill so a claim can be entered with the carrier.
Returned Merchandise:
Authorization must be obtained before returning any merchandise. Contact Martins Industries for shipping instructions. All returns, other than factory incorrect shipping or defective goods, are subject to a restocking fee of 25% of original price.
Warranty:
Martins Industries warrants its products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one year from date of sale to the final customer. Martins Industries will repair or replace any item found to be defective at no cost.
