The automatic tire inflator stand is used to support the automatic tire inflator directly on the inflation cage. The stand can be used with all of our different automatic tire inflators that are MW-60, MW-40 and the MW-64HP.
Using the automatic tire inflator stand
The stand is needed to fix the automatic tire inflator directly on the tire inflation cage which makes it easier to inflate tires. In addition, it reduces movements and allows to inflate tires faster. You only need to install the stand directly on the top of one of the inflation cage bars with the mounting bracket. The automatic tire inflator stand can fit on many types of inflation cages such as Martins Industries MIC-3, MIC-4, MIC-5 and MIC-OTR but also on our competitors smaller inflation cage tubes.
The MW-Stand is easy and simple to use and will allow you to be safer, more accurate and faster to inflate your tires. With the automatic tire inflator stand you will have no holes to make in your wall and you will be able to move your tire inflator from one inflation cage to another.

The MW-Stand is built with steel and finished with a powder-coated paint and equipped with a hook for the air hose and a mounting bracket which allows the stand to fit on different types of inflation cages.

The problem is that most workers never, or almost never, use them.Over the past few months, I’ve been in many tire shops and most were equipped with safety inflation cages, but they were usually covered in dust or piled up with boxes or tools, pretty much like a storage shelf or a coat hanger!
