Standard order picking cage capacity
The MSOPC cage can hold 5 stacks of 6 tires, depending on the diameter and width of the tires. Unlike MOPCT-LT, your employees will carry an average of 30 tires per rack.More Security
The MSOPC, standard order picking cage has a Dremex floor allowing employees to move safely on the rack and tires from slipping. Fork guides are installed on the pallet for safer order picker handling. When a pallet exceed 60 "in depth, it needs a fork guide to prevent it rack from tipping over in case of sudden movements. A block of wood is present on each side of the guides to prevent tilting when the lift grabs on to them.Order picking cage with removable posts
The cage is equipped with stackable removable poles. The cage is normally used during peak season, it is then stacked with the poles, up to 5 high. During the low season, the posts may be removed and placed in between the cages while stacked, to reduce the space usage. Also, when unloading at the dock, it is possible to remove the poles for easy and quick access to the tire order.Order picking cage construction
The picking cage is much safer than often uncertified homemade racks. Each end of the tire cage is equipped with a latch system that is specially adapted to work with most picker lifts. The passenger and light truck picking cage has a powder-coated finish to ensure a longer service life.

Anti-Slip floor
The expanded metal (Dremex) at the base gives stability to the tires on the pallet, and also prevents tire slippage during handling.
Form Guides
The fork guides along the length of the pallet provides a solid support and prevents tilting.
Gripping Block
The wooden block is meant to be gripped by the restraint of the forklift. Preventing slippage, when the angle is toward the outside. This prevents the metal from sliding on the forks.
