The utility tire rack was specifically designed for the small tires used on vehicles such as ATVs, lawn tractors and golf carts. This flexible, mobile storage system allows you to reduce tire handling to a minimum. Very similar to the passenger & light truck folding rack, this tire rack offers unparalleled versatility. For smaller numbers of utility tires, the recycled tire cage can be a valuable storage alternative.
Storage on treads
Tires can be stored 8 to 9 to a row in each rack section for a total of 72-81 tires on all 3 tiers. The advantages are that each tire is easily accessible and different tire makes, sizes and types can all be stored in the same rack.
Fold-down design
The utility rack can be folded down to reduce shipping charges and above all save floor space during slow periods. When folded, 80% of the storage space is recovered and the racks can be stacked 20 high, even when folded.
Portable rack
The utility rack is a portable modular design that offers considerable advantages over tire shelving. Tires can be stored safely (approved for workplace health and safety) up to 27.5 feet high with no need for a costly mezzanine. The racks are easy to stack and move around with a forklift: 2 at a time when filled with tires and 10 at a time when empty racks are folded down. Portable modular racks help you quickly and easily rearrange your floor space.

Removable bars
Eight removable bars are stored in the bottom with the tire rack folded down. The bars are used to create the 2nd and 3rd tiers when the tires are stored on treads.
Fold-down system
A set of leg wrappers allows the empty rack to be easily and quickly folded down by a single employee. The sturdy, tested leg wrappers are entirely safe.
