The wheel and rim rack has been specially designed for storing wheels and rims on edge. This flexible, mobile storage unit allows you to reduce wheel handling to a minimum and prepare your winter tire orders for mounting on rims. This unit is very similar to the passenger & light truck rack (MLTFD) and identical to the utility tire rack (MUTR). This wheel rack offers unparalleled versatility, allowing you to store large numbers of similar wheels or several types of wheels together in the same rack.
The rack will hold 8 to 9 wheels per row when placed side by side, which means 24-27 wheels in each of 3 tiers in the rack. The advantages are easy access to each wheel and the possibility of storing different makes, sizes and types of wheels in the same rack.

Fold-down design
This wheel rack can be folded down to reduce shipping charges and above all save floor space during slower periods. Folded down, 80% of the storage space is recovered and the folded racks can be stacked 20 high.
Portable rack
The wheel rack is a portable modular unit that offers considerable advantages over tire shelving. Tires can be stored safely up to 27.5 feet high with no need for a costly mezzanine. The racks are easy to stack and move around with a forklift: 2 at a time when loaded with tires and 10 at a time when the racks are empty and folded down. Moreover, these portable modular racks help you quickly and easily reorganize your floor space.

removable bars
12 removable bars are stored in the bottom with the tire rack folded down. These bars are used to create the 2nd and 3rd tiers.
knock-down system
A set of leg wrappers allows the empty wheel rack to be easily and quickly folded down by a single employee. The sturdy, tested leg wrappers are entirely safe.
